After a long registration process with the Department for Humanitarian Activity under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the program "Inclusive School of Independent Living" of the Brest public association "Disabled and the Environment", supported by the Embassy of Finland in Latvia and Belarus, began to be implemented on April 1, 2022. Its three main blocks are aimed at helping children and young people with disabilities in Brest region develop psychological, social and work skills for earning a living and opportunities for integration. To motivate everyone regarding demand in the labor market, rights to employment, and an independent way of life in society. Also to cooperate with government and construction structures in supporting vulnerable groups of the population in realizing rights to accessibility of the living environment and safe independent living in general.

On May 15, 2022, within Block No. 1 — healthy lifestyle, career guidance, barrier-free environment and inclusive virtual school on making the right decisions in non-standard life situations, the festival "HEALTH FOR ALL" took place on the sports ground at 66 Moshenskogo Street. Above all, it was a mass "Health Exhibition" for residents of Brest from 12 to 120 years old. After completing the program of eight stations ("Air", "Water", "Physical Exercise", "Nutrition", "Sun", "Rest", "Trust" and "Temperance"), according to their individual parameters (blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, body fat content, breathing quality, etc.), each participant received their computer-calculated biological age and up-to-date information on healthy living.

For children from 1 to 11 years old, the engaging "Fun Sportland" event with clown ElMikh took place, which left no adult or child indifferent. Bicycle races "VELO RIDE" and mini-tournaments in "Volleyball" and "Darts" were organized to open the season of the three-age cycling club "RaDeYa". Its start, for all willing city residents, began a little earlier in the morning from the "Millennium" monument with a walk around the outskirts of Brest.
