750 schoolchildren of different ages were introduced to 8 simple principles of health and put them into practice. In an accessible playful way, children learned about proper nutrition, the importance of fresh air, sunlight and water for their bodies, were convinced of the need for physical exercise and proper rest, as well as the value of abstinence and trust.
A separate program was developed and implemented for children of each age. High school students competed on bicycles, middle schoolers completed tasks in the health relay race, students in grades 3-5 learned a lot of interesting things at the children's health exhibition, and the youngest took part in the fun interactive “Bells of Health.” The children received not only useful knowledge, but were charged with positive emotions and saw how love and kindness are manifested in practice.
Each participant received colorful information materials and a special certificate, which confirms that its owner can competently teach the principles of health to his family and friends.
The guys were in no hurry to leave and exchanged vivid impressions with each other. Teachers from school No. 22 thanked the organizers and expressed their desire to conduct as many educational programs about a healthy lifestyle for schoolchildren as possible.
After the festival was held in school No. 32, eighth-grader Vladislav Kozinsky became an active assistant in the following four events and a regular visitor to the “Inclusive Center for the Promotion of Healthy Lifestyle,” located at the address: st.
