The social protection portal of Belarus offers a set of services that can be used remotely.
Through a personal account, people can apply for social services, including a care assistant, a social worker, a nanny and other forms of social support.
Help can be ordered not only for oneself, but also for a relative or another person who needs a social service.
The portal also provides online booking with specialists of social protection institutions.
A separate service is the interactive Accessible Environment map. It helps people find social infrastructure venues, including hospitals, pharmacies and railway stations, and see information about their accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
