"Frost and sun; a wondrous day!" — these words from a poem by A. S. Pushkin perfectly reflect the mood of the holiday for children organized by staff of the "Inclusive Center for the Promotion of a Healthy Lifestyle" and members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brest.
Warm words at the meeting, riddles, and crossing on "tussocks" helped the children open the doors of the Church hall filled with expectation of a joyful meeting. Bright decorations, games, quizzes, songs with movements, and a puppet show immersed all participants in an atmosphere of care, love, smiles and kindness. The children eagerly answered Christmas questions, because they had read in advance the wonderful book about "The Greatest Journey."
Gifts were the culminating note of joy. And that is not all! Virtual journeys through the solar system and over mountain peaks that the young guests took on a virtual-reality manipulator caused a storm of emotions.
The holiday was a success!
