On Saturday, the volunteers had to go through a couple of extreme moments. One of them is terrain orientation. Two teams of the most courageous volunteers - "Mono" и "220 volts" - went into the forest in search of pickets (certain signs on the ground). I am glad that everyone returned to camp safe and sound.
After lunch we laughed while playing various games. And then extreme sports awaited us again - the volunteers had to test their dexterity and ability to overcome fear by going through the rope elements of the obstacle course. Using ropes, we had to move from one tree to another. Falling was strictly forbidden. If someone tried, he was protected by the hands of a friend. Yes, you should have seen our faces! So much adrenaline and emotions!
And in the evening we enjoyed the taste of kebabs cooked on the grill. Some of us went into the city, and some of us went to a local cinema before bed to watch a very impressive film.
On Sunday morning we listened to a musical program prepared for us by Ivan Vasilyevich. The newcomers wanted to test their strength in orienteering, and some followed behind and were amazed at the clearings of mushrooms that were waiting in the forest.
The orienteering team eventually wandered into the base. "Satellite" (their route was significantly different from the route on the map) and arrived at the camp with Ivan Vasilyevich and two children with disabilities, one of whom is a regular participant in performances. Kolya (this young man) smiled at us with all his 32 teeth. We watched videos of performances with his participation. And Ivan Vasilyevich gave us a master class in shooting with a real bow!!! It was getting dark, so we, having refreshed ourselves, began to get ready to go home. Loaded to the limit, in cramped conditions, but not offended, we went home, taking with us a lot of pleasant impressions.
