If you want to see your child happy and busy doing something useful for him, then bring him to Moshensky, 66
в "Inclusive center for healthy lifestyle promotion" Brest and he will find something to suit his interests.
This weekend, the last days of summer - August 30, the organizers: volunteers of the non-profit organization "Disabled and Wednesday", the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the "Radeya" cycling club had a wonderful time for the children.
At 12.00 the entertainment program began - "My choice is health" from the Question-Answer quiz, in which sweets were given for correct answers. Children's music was turned on throughout the center - that's even more lifted the mood with positive emotions.
Creative volunteers in costumes created a magical and colorful soapy atmosphere that 100% created a holiday without borders. Each child was able to make their own charming soap bubble of any size with a smile, and cheerful volunteers were there to help them.
Happy children scattered into groups, some to children's carousels, some to street exercise equipment, some to darts, boccia, and volleyball. Someone signed up for the creative club “Smile”, where they create modern felt products.
Also on the territory of the center you can master the Nordic walking technique. Did you know that if you walk correctly, Nordic walking helps you use about 90% of your muscles and burn almost twice as many calories as regular walking. This sport originated in Finland.
An experienced instructor can tell you about all this.
And the most exciting thing for the kids was the “Bicycle Ride” with obstacles, where they had to complete a path without penalty points and against the clock. A bicycle is not only fun, but also an excellent exercise machine for physical activity and the mind.
If you don't know what to do this weekend, come, adults and children, let's have fun together!
P.S. Many thanks to the organizers and volunteers for the joy they gave to the children. Your help is an invaluable contribution and, of course, powerful support.
