Project manager Irina was lucky enough to play the role of a stapler in a drama that ended with a happy ending. It was difficult for the newcomers to transform, but they experienced a lot of positive things. A whole palette of genres appeared as a result of volunteers writing a variety of stories and playing them live during the training.
Watching and discussing excerpts from films "Day eight", "Rain Man", "I'm dancing inside" gave us the opportunity to see and understand the peculiarities of perception of the world and the nature of communication between people with peculiarities of psychophysical development. We were able to once again discuss the difficulties that arise in communicating with children with special needs, and also think through options for our behavior in such situations
At the end of our meeting, we took part in cooperation games. The cup tower, built using the latest technology thanks to the hardworking hands of volunteers, as well as the tennis ball race convinced all training participants of the benefits of cooperation and teamwork.
